Card Payments Team within a Belgian bank. Modernization and enhancement of card products and services. Work arrangements: Full-time, 2 to 3 days of remote per week
Key responsibilities
Incident analysis and identification of areas for improvement Assessment of change requests, business requirements, and acceptance criteria Definition of scope, target target operating model, and business-to-IT interfaces End-to-end implementation tracking up to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Proven Business Analyst experience in a card/payments environment - Must have Strong knowledge of the Belgian card payments market - Must have Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Must have French and/or Dutch
- Nice to have Experience as a Product Owner or within Agile frameworks
- Nice to have Exposure to Wero, digital wallets, and card system architecture
