About this role
- Determine and analyze requirements for assigned standard software- Review and reconcile gathered requirements with stakeholders- Configure off-the-shelf standard software and coordinate necessary adaptations with suppliers- Ensure configurations align with available out-of-the-box capabilities- Discuss and delegate larger software changes to suppliers- Document requirements, changes, and updates accurately- Test newly developed changes or updated configurations within the standard software- Collect and assess requirements from various departments, evaluating their feasibility- Test customizations and provide 3rd-level support as neededIhr Profil:- Vocational training with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience or Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, IT, economics, logistics, or a related field- Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies- Proficiency in process management- Strong communication and presentation abilities- Fluent in English; German language skills desirable- In cases of equal qualification, applicants with severe disabilities will be given preferential consideration
