About this role
- Conception, calculate & book tailored high-performance airfreight solutions- Plan capacity & volumes for accompanied, classified and defense consignments- Act as first local contact for Diplomatics & defense customers, ensuring availability- Develop partner relationships to establish competitive customer solutions- Manage end-to-end service execution incl. coordination through billing- Negotiate rates with partners, agents & clients- Provide backup support for USA, Vienna & APAC- Liaise with customers, airlines, partners, finance & internal Diplo teamIhr Profil:- Vocational degree or 2+ years practical experience- Fluent in English- Experience in DGR & Defense shipments- First experience in international legal requirements- Proficiency in figure-based decision-making- Customer & solution drive; sales-minded- Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a matrix setup- Strong intercultural skills- Computer literacy incl.
