Define and continuously evolve the DOP product strategy, translatingbusiness priorities into clear outcomes, platform capabilities and anactionable roadmap Manage demand and prioritisation.
Establish astructured use-case intake and discovery process. Prioritise theplatform backlog based on business value, strategic fit, reusepotential, feasibility, dependencies and cost Balance immediate valuewith long-term scalability. Deliver valuable end-to-end incrementswhile ensuring that use-case investments strengthen sharedcapabilities rather than create isolated solutions Lead acrossorganisational boundaries. Provide cross-functional product leadershipfor business domains, enterprise technology teams, divisional IT andexternal partners, aligning their contributions around commonpriorities Translate architecture into product priorities.
Workclosely with the DOP Lead Architect and Platform Engineering Lead toturn architectural direction into deliverable capabilities, balancingfunctional needs, technical sustainability and operational readinessSteer investment and platform economics. Develop business cases andfunding proposals, make costs and capacity needs transparent, andsteer delivery within approved financial and governance frameworksDrive adoption and value realisation. Partner with domain product andprocess owners to support onboarding, enablement and rollout acrossdivisions and sites.
Define success measures and use feedback toimprove the platform Manage strategic partners. Defineoutcome-oriented partner contributions, monitor delivery commitmentsand ensure that product ownership, reusable knowledge and criticalcapabilities remain internal Shape the platform lifecycle . Agreeservice expectations, lifecycle priorities and support arrangementswith engineering and operations teams, ensuring that capabilitiesbecome sustainable platform services Provide transparent productgovernance. Communicate roadmap decisions, progress, trade-offs andrisks to stakeholders and governance bodies, working closely withprogramme management Your organisational context The role ispositioned within Development & Integration and serves as the ProductLead within the cross-functional DOP programme.
Your internal jobtitle will be Integration Architect. You will own product direction,roadmap priorities, platform adoption and value. You will work inclose partnership with the DOP Lead Architect, Contributing yourstrengths: your qualifications Your experience and expertise A degreein business informatics, computer science, engineering, businessadministration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevantprofessional experience Substantial experience in enterprise productmanagement, platform leadership or digital transformation, withresponsibility for complex, cross-functional products or services Ademonstrated ability to take platform capabilities from strategy anddiscovery through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement Strongcapabilities in product strategy, roadmap development, backlogprioritisation and outcome-based delivery A sound understanding ofenterprise integration, APIs, event-driven architectures andcross-system workflow orchestration, enabling you to engageeffectively with architects and engineering teams An understanding ofdata products, shared business semantics and federated ownership,including how common standards can support interoperability withoutremoving domain accountability Commercial and financial acumen,including business-case development, investment prioritisation, totalcost of ownership and supplier management Experience working ininternational matrix organisations and aligning stakeholders withdifferent business priorities and technical perspectives Familiaritywith agile product delivery and the transition from project-basedimplementation to sustainable platform ownership Excellent Englishcommunication skills, with the ability to make complex topics anddecisions accessible to business and technology audiences Yourleadership competencies Strategic judgement: You connect long-termplatform direction with practical business priorities Valueorientation: You focus on adoption and measurable outcomes, not simplythe delivery of features.
