About this role
RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Processing of incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients in close interaction with the responsible business development (BD) manager and scientists- Participation in technical calls with clients together with the responsible BD Manager and subject matter expert/scientific advisor in order to better understand the clients´ business needs- Compilation of tailored technical proposals including scope, deliverables, cost estimation, payment schedules and timelines- Perform and coordinate internal review process of proposals with key stakeholders (BD Manager, management, subject matter experts, scientific advisors, accounting, legal)QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in scientific field- Very good communication skills- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English- Experienced handling of the standard software MS Office, especially Excel and MS Word- Sociability, friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team- Structured and result-oriented approach- Assertiveness and high social competenceWE OFFER- Permanent employment contract, flexible work hours with a flex-time policy (37.5 hours per week for full-time employees), and 30 days of annual leave- Option to work remotely- Lease-a-bike, company retirement plan contributing €72.00 per month, free parking right outside the door, on-site cafeteria with employee discounts, EGYM Wellpass, and Corporate Benefits- Comprehensive onboarding, as well as personalized training and professional development opportunities with room for growth within a global corporate structure- Flat hierarchies and a friendly, informal “you” relationship with managers and colleagues- Modern and ergonomic office equipment, such as height-adjustable desks
