This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build hands-on manufacturing experience and develop long-term career skills in assembly and production.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble small mechanical and electrical components using hand tools
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
