Job Title: Occupational Quality SpecialistJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team at an international pharmaceutical manufacturer in Mississauga. This role involves ensuring SOPs and PPE standards are maintained on the production floor, root cause analysis for bottlenecks and overseeing the quality of products and batches. Expect to spend 90% of your time on the production floor and 10% on office documentation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and PPE standards on the production floor.
- Oversee the quality of products and batches.
- Perform line clearance and check batch records.
- Conduct GEMBA walks and manage documentation.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of production quality experience.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
- Proficiency in performing line clearance and checking batch records.
- College diploma in quality, engineering, or sciences.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with GEMBA walks.
- Strong documentation skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
