We are hiring Aerospace Production Associates to help build advanced aircraft components used in cutting-edge aviation and defense applications.No aerospace experience? Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, automotive, construction, mechanical, or production backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Assemble aircraft and composite components using hand and power tools.
- Work with carbon fiber, fiberglass, and advanced materials.
- Trim, drill, sand, bond, and finish parts to specifications.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Install fasteners, hardware, and structural components.
- Perform quality inspections and measurements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work alongside experienced aerospace professionals.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, mechanical, construction, automotive, or fabrication experience.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Comfortable reading work instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.64 - $22.64/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
