AEROTEK IS HIRING - General Production Workers | $21/hr- START MONDAY
Aerotek is seeking dependable and hardworking General Production Workers to join a growing wood products manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a long-term career in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. Job Duties:
- Operate hand tools and production equipment
- Work with wood and lumber materials
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Perform quality inspections and product checks
- Monitor equipment and report issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or general labor preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with wood and lumber products
- Ability to safely use hand tools and follow safety procedures
- Strong attendance record and work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Stable work history and good job tenure preferred

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
