- Job Responsibilities This role is responsible for processing accounting transactions (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger and Fixed assests) on SAP within the given SLAs and accuracy levels Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account clearing activities.
- Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
- Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
- Person Specifications Minimum 1 of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Financial Reporting, or a related Finance & Accounting function.
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Partly or fully qualified in CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, AAT, CPA , or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including up to two weekend days per month .
