- Role: RPA Reviewer – Non-Voice, A2 Level
- Location: Noida, Hybrid
- Shift Timing: US Shifts 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST
- Education - Graduate in any stream.
- Communication Skills: Good communication verbal and written both and good reading comprehension skills.
- Experience: Minimum 2 year ( US Insurance background )
- Key Responsibilities: Review premium audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Pre-screening for Ops round : Check basic arithmetic skills, including percentage calculations to assess analytical ability
- Average Handling Time (AHT): Approximately 45 minutes per transaction
- CTC Range: INR 3 LPA to INR 4.75 LPA

Premium Audit Reviewer - Key Responsibilites
- Review premium audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Verify classifications, payroll, sales, and exposure data used for premium calculation.
- Identify discrepancies and request additional information when needed.
- Communicate with auditors to resolve audit issues.
- Ensure audits follow state regulations and company guidelines.
- Document findings and recommend necessary premium adjustments.
