The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle-from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you will make an impact
- 1. You will promote a proactive HSE culture by guiding employees and managers in daily HSE decisions.
- 2. You will lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up on lessons learned.
- 3. You will conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards.
- 4. You will ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
- 5. You will analyze HSE performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- 6. You will facilitate risk assessments and training activities, and ensure appropriate HSE tools and equipment are available and used.
- 7. You will drive implementation of HSE programs, initiatives and progress toward key HSE objectives and KPIs.
- 8. You will support the project team in implementing HSE programs.
- 9. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- 1. Experience working in HSE roles within industrial, service, production, or technical environments.
- 2. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
- 3. Ability to support managers and employees in HSE topics.
- 4. Confidence in working with data, dashboards, and digital HSE systems.
- 5. Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- 6. Strong understanding of incident management and risk assessments.

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
