About this role
CANDIDATES WITH A VALID CLASS 5 DRIVER'S LICENSE WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE. WE COVER TRAVEL (to-and-from site, out of Saskatoon or Prince Albert), MEALS & ACCOMMODATION AT SITE. Job is located at the Eldorado Mine site, approximately 3.5 hours northeast of Prince Albert & 85 km west of Flin Flon. REQUIRES SHIFT WORK WITH COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS - 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS. YOU MUST PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.
- This role is responsible for the daily administrative functions of the site, with a heavy emphasis on reservations.
- The ideal candidate will have lodge/camp/hotel administrative experience, especially with hotel reservation management systems.
- HOTEL FRONT DESK AND/OR HOTEL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFFERED.
- Job duties include:- Fulfilling both hotel front desk & hotel management functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Manages all daily site department administrative work on site.- Coordinates, verifies, & administers changes.- Completes room changes & man-days in a timely and accurate fashion.- Provide training & coverage for Housing Managers when required.- Other duties as required.

Qualifications
- Strong administrative & organizational skills in busy, high-volume, client service settings.- Very strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize & manage databases.- Related experience with automated man-days/room allocation and/or payroll systems (preferred).- Good knowledge of man-days and payroll terminology & practices (preferred).- Team player, with team management skills.- A suitable combination of education, training, & experience may be considered.
