Overview
Dante Italian Sandwich is looking for sandwich makers to join the team at our Bentall location. Part-time or full-time positions are available and may include a combination of morning and afternoon weekday shifts (no weekends). We are looking for a charismatic, hard-working, and organized team player who loves Italian food-making traditions. The successful applicant must have kitchen and front counter experience.
Duties
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to company recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food prep tasks such as slicing, assembling, and packaging ingredients
- Handle cashier responsibilities including processing payments accurately and providing excellent customer service
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
