We are looking for a vibrant, detail-oriented, and creative *Marketing Coordinator* to support and help manage our clients? projects across web development, SEO, social media, and digital advertising.
Our clients span a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, software, financial services, and more. We develop their brands, websites, and digital marketing campaigns ? giving our team exposure to exciting and diverse projects.

OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Agency Director, the Marketing Coordinator helps manage web development projects as well as digital, search, and social media programs for our clients.
This role works closely with the Account Manager, acting as a liaison between the agency and key client accounts. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with clients and internal team members (web programmers, designers, writers), and contributes to implementing digital marketing strategies. You?ll be hands-on in bringing campaigns to life ? from creative briefings, project documentation, client reviews, and revisions, through to launch and post-launch monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and create content for client social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest) while ensuring messaging is on brand and strategy.
- Support SEO projects for clients.
- Assist with Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Handle day-to-day communication and activities with assigned clients.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements.
- Build trusted client relationships.
- Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Proofread copy, artwork, and proofs as required.
- Prepare meeting minutes, client reports, and status updates.
- Track and manage production and creative deadlines, media placements, and client deliverables.
- Write content for websites, emails, and social media projects; update WordPress sites.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
- Experience with TikTok and Instagram Reels content creation is an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, social media, or digital marketing.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Active use and knowledge of social media.
- Professional demeanor and client-facing communication skills.
- Software proficiency: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp.
- Completed diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related program.
