Job Description
We are seeking 8-12 years experienced highly skilled Senior Backend Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration, Azure Cloud, and SQL/PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities
? Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
? Build and support Microservices-based architectures.
? Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
? Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
? Deploy, monitor, and support applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
? Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
? Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
? Work closely with English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders and teams.
Required Skills
? 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
? Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
? Hands-on experience with API Integration and REST services.
? Experience with Azure Cloud services and deployments.
? Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
? Experience in performance tuning and application optimization.
? Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
? Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
? Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging frameworks.
? Experience working in global, distributed Agile teams.
