Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments
- Verify products against packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory records
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Process inventory transactions using ERP and warehouse management systems
- Coordinate outbound shipments and work with freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Organize warehouse inventory and support efficient material flow
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting practices
- Experience utilizing ERP systems (Epicor experience is highly preferred)
- background coordinating shipments, freight carriers, and logistics activities
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay
$21.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
