🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Welder, you'll work in a hands-on production environment manufacturing large industrial components. Your responsibilities will include:
- MIG production welding using fixtures and weld stations
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols
- Setting up and adjusting your own welding machine
- Welding heavy-gauge steel materials
- Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality and production standards
- Grinding and finishing completed weldments
- Producing heavy-duty components used in mining, oil & gas, and generator systems
- Maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity throughout your shift
- Working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for individuals with: MIG welding experience Ability to set up your own welder Blueprint reading experience Understanding of weld quality standards Manufacturing or production experience Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- AWS welding knowledge

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
