🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- MIG production welding in fixtures and weld stations
- Reading blueprints and weld symbols
- Setting up and adjusting welding machines
- Working with heavy-gauge steel materials
- Inspecting weld quality and ensuring production standards
- Grinding and finishing weldments
- Producing parts used in mining, oil & gas, and generator systems
🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minonk, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
