Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Waukesha, WIPay: Up to $42 per hour, based on experience

Whether your strengths are mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, or both, we want to hear about the equipment you know best.
What Youll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
- Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to help reduce unexpected downtime.
- Document completed repairs and communicate equipment issues with your team.
- Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
What You Bring
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, or electrical schematics.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Experience with PLCs, variable-frequency drives, welding, or fabrication is a plus. You dont need to be an expert in every system listedtell us where youre strongest.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.401k Match - 100% up to first 3% heath, dental, vision insurance
