About this role
-Monitors the queue real-time while tracking, documenting and communicating agent activity on multiple lines of businesses
-Prepares and publishes the Intraday and other relevant reports while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data
- Manage Daily, Weekly, and Monthly schedules
- Work closely with operations in terms of Schedules and Leaves Allocation
- Work closet with Onshore Partners in terms of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules
Graduate. Minimun of 2 yrs in the current role
