Role Security Track Engineer Responsibilities Understand Security Operations requirement Understand the L1 task and activities of security operations Understand and follow the SOP and Security process documents Ensure the tickets are assigned to right team and escalated as per matrix The Role offers An outstanding opportunity to learn best of the security technologies and real time security challenged High visibility, opportunity to interact with multiple groups within the organization, technology vendors and implementation partners Develop security skills and deep understanding of security technologies & products Essential Skills Good understanding of Security fundamentals including Networking, Vulnerability Management, Identity & Access Management Security process and SIEM (Security Incident & Event Management) or Security monitoring activities Analyze the security events, alerts for false/true positive Engage right IT and Application team to fix the issue Fundamental troubleshooting skills and provisioning of P4, P3 level tickets of Security incidents, service request Good knowledge of Operating System, Networking essentials and Security controls Be a good team player and work with various groups to resolve the security incidents Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders Should have minimum 1 year of relevant security domain/technology experience Essential Qualification Graduate, professional degree or equivalent One or more cloud fundamental and security certifications like AZ900, AZ500, CCNA etc;; Salary Range Location Chennai preferred but not a limitation
