About this role
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will serve as the primary point of contact for our CLM Domestic BFSI clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and delivering accurate information about our services. Working within the Manpower – Back Office team, the CRE will help maintain high satisfaction levels and strengthen long‑term relationships with our customers.
- Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex cases to senior support or relevant departments as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue closure and satisfaction.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of BFSI regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports on customer trends and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or relationship management.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
- Basic understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) sector.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high‑volume interactions while maintaining professionalism.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including occasional weekends.
