Pay
- $22.00 - $24.00/hour
- Performance-based pay increases available
What You'll Do
- Pick and pull materials for production and customer orders
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete orders
- Load, unload, stage, and prepare materials for shipment
- Assist with shipping and warehouse operations
- Learn to operate cherry pickers and overhead cranes
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of forklift experience
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience
- Experience using RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse and outdoor yard environment. You'll work with forklifts, scanners, inventory systems, and material handling equipment while supporting fast-paced shipping and production operations. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
