Entry-Level Quality Inspector - NOW HIRING

Location: Sarasota, FLShift: First ShiftSchedule: 6AM - 4:30PM Monday to Thursday (Optional OT on Fridays)Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in quality assurance within a precision manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and components throughout the manufacturing process.
• Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, and other inspection tools to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Identify and report non-conforming products, defects, or process deviations.
• Assist with incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow established inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Support production teams by communicating quality concerns and helping to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical inspection and quality assurance skills.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or inspection experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Basic math skills, including ability to read measurements and perform simple calculations.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn quality standards, inspection techniques, and manufacturing processes.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
