Assembler EdmontonWere looking for a hands-on Assembler to join a busy, clean, and well-organized manufacturing facility in Edmonton. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with tools, reading drawings, and assembling equipment. What Youll Do:

• Assemble heaters and components using hand and power tools
• Read manufacturing drawings, schematics, and imperial measurements
• Operate equipment such as drill presses, cold saws, grinders, and brake presses
• Cut hoses and insulation to specified measurements
• Install fittings, cables, and other components
• Inspect and test completed assemblies
• Assist with R&D production work as required
• Receive training on additional equipment, including robotic welding and stamping machines

What Were Looking For:

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, saws, or drill presses
• Ability to read a tape measure in imperial measurements
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or schematics
• Mechanical, electrical assembly, or metal fabrication experience is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Willingness to learn and operate new equipment

Job Details

• Location: Edmonton, AB transit accessible
• Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM
• Overtime: Additional hours and occasional Saturdays may be available during the busy winter season
• Contract: Until April 2027, with potential to become permanent

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
