In this role, you'll help assemble insulation modules, handle materials, and support daily shop operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

• Assemble insulation modules according to work instructions and specifications.
• Measure and cut materials using a tape measure and basic tools.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Support production and assembly operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• General labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Material handling and assembly experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle, PA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
