What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding machines
- Prepare molds and load production materials for manufacturing runs
- Remove finished products from molds and perform trimming and cleaning as needed
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Read and follow production work instructions and process sheets
- Complete minor machine and mold maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with rotational molding, injection molding, or similar production processes preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Experience using hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, move throughout the facility, and perform physical tasks as required

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $45000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.medical, health, dental, vacation
