Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong networking and telephony experience, including SIP/VoIP
- Hands-on Linux server support experience and experience using Wireshark
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and confidence working directly with customers
- Full UK driving licence
- Data centre experience is desirable
- Experience supporting PCI-compliant platforms or environments is desirable
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot network and VoIP issues
- Support Linux servers
- Deploy new customer solutions
- Maintain business-critical voice, networking and infrastructure
- Work with customers, telecoms providers and technology partners to investigate network traffic, diagnose faults and resolve technical issues using tools such as Wireshark
