Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements
- Proficiency in implementing data pipelines, including ingesting, processing, cleaning, transforming, and modelling data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Fabric
- Good understanding of data visualisation using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with DevOps-style data model development using tools such as dbt is an advantage
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as Snowflake or Microsoft Azure is an advantage
- Good understanding of version control systems such as Git or Perforce is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Work with our Engineering Operations team to understand and define data pipeline requirements for new data projects
- Collaborate with our wider Engineering teams to understand existing data ingestion and design suitable extraction methods
- Design and implement data pipelines within a modern data stack, including extraction and loading, data models, data warehouses, and analytics environments
- Solve data-related problems and improve ways of working within our Data Analytics team
- Deliver data reports and visualisations to the business
- Help and support the business in using our products to continuously improve team deliverables
