Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements
- CCNA or CCNP certification (essential)
- Strong experience with enterprise Wi-Fi and wireless networking
- Proven expertise in routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure experience
- MSP experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of support engineers
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex Wi-Fi, wireless, and networking issues
- Support, optimise, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless environments
- Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Work across networking, Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure technologies
