Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Okta Workforce
- Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA, and identity lifecycle management
- Experience implementing SCIM provisioning
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Workspace
- Practical PowerShell scripting and Terraform experience
- Experience building dashboards using BigQuery, Looker Studio, or comparable data visualization tools
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Understanding of DNS, SSL certificates, and Okta security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management experience is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Okta SSO integrations using SAML and OpenID Connect
- Implement automated application provisioning and deprovisioning through SCIM
- Support and improve joiner, mover, and leaver processes
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, account, and access issues
- Develop automation using PowerShell and Terraform
- Build operational identity dashboards and analyze Okta and directory data
- Work closely with application owners, Cyber Security, and operational teams
- Maintain platform configurations, monitoring, and technical documentation

The role focuses on maintaining and improving enterprise identity services, delivering application integrations, and automating access management across a hybrid environment. This is a 9-month contract based in London, with a hybrid schedule typically requiring 1–2 days onsite per week. The role is available ASAP at a rate of £500 per day, outside IR35.
