Requirements
- Were looking for experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments and modern software infrastructure.
- An understanding of information security, risk management, and secure system design.
- Practical experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise software.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with virtualised infrastructure, remote workspace solutions, or comparable enterprise environments.
- Solid Linux administration and networking fundamentals, including connectivity and security controls.
- An understanding of modern application deployment and container technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
- A commercial mindset and experience supporting revenue-generating activities.
Responsibilities
- Well look to you to lead technical discussions and act as a trusted technical adviser to customers.
- Support commercial opportunities through product demonstrations, solution design, and technical consultation.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept projects, product evaluations, and technical validation exercises.
- Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams, sharing customer insights to influence future improvements.
- Develop technical knowledge across our product portfolio and help customers maximise its value.
- Support external partner enablement and contribute to our wider go-to-market strategy.
- Identify account growth opportunities and work with our commercial teams to progress them.
- Own technical engagement throughout the customer journey, from initial discovery and product demonstrations to technical validation, deployment guidance, and ongoing enablement.
- Work with our internal engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and feedback informs product development.
