Requirements
- Experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Project Coordination, PMO, or Professional Services Operations
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing demands
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical skills, including experience interpreting utilisation, capacity, and performance data
- Commercial awareness and confidence producing operational reports
- Experience in IT Services, Managed Services, or Professional Services environments is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling, availability, and utilisation across our Professional Services engineering team
- Assign incoming project work based on skills, capacity, and business priorities
- Maintain and optimise our resource planning and booking systems, ensuring accurate data and visibility across the business
- Monitor engineer utilisation, identify resource conflicts, forecast future demand, and help maximise delivery performance
- Produce reports and insights on capacity, utilisation, project demand, and commercial performance to support business decisions
- Work with Project Coordinators, Engineers, Account Managers, and customers to support successful project scheduling and delivery
