Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI governance or Responsible AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of AI risk management, ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Experience developing governance policies, controls and operating models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and implement AI governance frameworks, policies and standards
- Establish controls for AI risk management, model transparency, accountability and responsible AI
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the EU AI Act and applicable data protection legislation
- Work with Data, AI, Technology, Risk and Legal teams to embed governance across the AI lifecycle
- Develop AI risk assessments, governance processes and reporting
- Drive stakeholder engagement and promote responsible AI adoption across the business
