Requirements
- At least one year of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- An IT degree or relevant qualifications, a genuine interest in technology, and a desire to develop an IT career.
- A good understanding of Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of Android and/or iOS devices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and iManage.
- The right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network and user issues.
- Set up, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices and user accounts.
- Manage user permissions, access controls and system login issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams telephony and video conferencing technology.
- Assist with software testing, installations, system upgrades and IT improvement projects.
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to colleagues.
- Liaise with external IT support providers and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, manage support tickets and provide users with regular updates.
- Work with the wider technology team to deliver projects and improve IT services.

We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join the technology team of an established professional services law firm in Central London (W1). You will work in a friendly team of five supporting around 200 employees and partners. This is a full-time role with a 35-hour working week on a shift pattern between 8:30am and 6:30pm. The salary is £28,000–£36,000 depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus. Hybrid working, including up to two days from home, is available after probation. We provide training and development to support your technical growth and career progression.
