Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements
- Previous experience working on a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation, ideally Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Strong programme planning, scheduling, PMO and governance experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream delivery plans and dependencies.
- Excellent risk, issue and critical path management skills.
- Confidence challenging project managers, PMO teams and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery standards.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the confidence to bring structure, accountability and control to a complex ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the integrated programme plan, managing critical paths, milestones and interdependencies.
- Drive consistency and discipline across PMO teams, strengthening planning, reporting and governance.
- Monitor programme progress, challenge workstream leads and help ensure delivery remains on track.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints.
- Provide accurate reporting, delivery assurance and escalation to the Programme Director.
- Coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners to drive accountability and programme delivery.
