Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements
- Experience leading Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and Configuration Management in a large enterprise
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and HAM
- Strong knowledge of ITIL 4
- Background in governance, policy and operational controls
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
- ServiceNow CIS-CMDB or HAM certification, ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, and experience with Discovery and ITOM are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Own Snow system data and the ServiceNow CMDB, including the CI model, data standards, certification and Service Mapping
- Govern hardware assets from purchase through disposal, maintaining an accurate global inventory
- Set data quality KPIs, reconciliation and audit controls, and report on data health
- Align Asset and Configuration Management practices with ITIL 4, ISO 27001 and audit requirements
- Work with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Procurement and Finance teams
- Drive automation and develop a clear maturity roadmap
