Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and business analyst roles
- Certified Salesforce Administrator, with advanced study toward Application/System Architect or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Deep proficiency in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, including CRM workflows, data modelling, migrations, and API integrations
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ability to identify architectural bottlenecks and implement continuous system improvements
- Exceptional communication, technical documentation, and platform troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Architect data models, integration strategies, and feature requirements
- Govern development using Apex, Lightning Components, and automation frameworks
- Design requirements capture, change management, and release processes
- Translate technical architecture into clear insights for C-level executives
- Author documentation for system design, integrations, and data flows
- Configure fields, page layouts, custom objects, and user access settings
- Use Flow Builder to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with system owners to optimize CRM and PRM processes and shape the platforms future scope
- Translate business needs into automation workflows and functional designs
- Support long-term platform reliability and security while maintaining alignment with ISO and QMS standards
