  • Align Global and Regional Category teams on capacity priorities and ensure capacity requirements and risks are incorporated into category, sourcing, and supplier strategies
  • Partner with Resiliency and Constraints & Delivery leaders to identify critical items, assess business exposure, and prioritize mitigation resources and actions
  • Provide consolidated capacity visibility, scenarios, recommendations, and executive communications across Business Units and Regional Operations
  • Establish performance indicators, review cadences, action tracking, and escalation mechanisms to drive accountability and timely closure
  • Improve capacity analytics, systems, data quality, and reporting capabilities to support proactive risk identification and fact-based decisions
  • Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers and senior internal stakeholders to enable capacity commitments, investment decisions, and long-term growth plans
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of common capacity management processes across the global organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in supplier capacity management, procurement, supply planning, operations, or supply chain management within a global manufacturing environment
