Porter / Building Attendant

Luxury Residential Community Bellevue, WA $23.00/hour Schedule: Thursday - Saturday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PMAbout the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Porter / Building Attendant to support a premier residential community in downtown Bellevue. • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas, lobbies, hallways, elevators, amenity spaces, and exterior grounds.
• Perform routine property walks and identify areas requiring attention.
• Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and maintenance-related concerns.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident deliveries as needed.
• Help set up and break down resident events and common area activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, sidewalks, and outdoor spaces.
• Support the maintenance team with light tasks and special projects.
• Identify and report safety hazards or property concerns.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, facilities, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Thursday - Saturday
• Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Location: Bellevue, WA

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of BELLEVUE, WA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
