Job Overview
Join a growing production team as a Warehouse Associate. In this hands-on role, you'll package finished products, perform basic quality checks, and help keep operations running smoothly. Successful employees become eligible to join the union after 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Remove finished products from production equipment
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Label and package products according to specifications
- Pack items into bags, cartons, and boxes
- Handle materials and move product as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts
- Basic math and English reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and able to work effectively in a team environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.15 - $18.15/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
