Our innovative range includes treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical cross-trainers, rowers, and weight and group training equipment. As an assembler, you'll play a crucial role in building and inspecting these high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Build and inspect company products by working with units or parts.
- Follow established procedures in a team environment.
Essential Skills
- 6+ months of general production and general labor skills.
- Basic math skills (addition & subtraction).
- 6+ months of hand & power tools experience.
- Mechanically inclined.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with assembly, assembly line, and assembly drawing.
- Experience using hand tools and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Work EnvironmentThe role requires lifting up to 35 lbs. occasionally, hand/eye coordination, and the ability to stand for extended periods of time. You should be able to walk, bend over, and turn consistently and repeatedly, as well as perform repetitive motions. The work area can be noisy. Hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Thursday with plans to work on Fridays as well.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $29.11/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
