Job Title: Assembly Technician,
- Pay: $23/hr
- Shift: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM
Job DescriptionThe Assembly Technician assembles components for water heater products and performs detailed inspections of parts to ensure quality standards are met. This role involves following simple work instructions and work orders, using hand and power tools to attach elements to the product, and supporting general production activities in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble product components for water heaters according to work instructions and work orders.
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Read and follow simple written work instructions and production documentation accurately.
- Use hand tools and power tools to attach mechanical and electrical elements to the product.
- Interpret basic blueprints and schematics to guide assembly and inspection tasks.
- Perform general production duties, including organizing materials and maintaining workflow.
- Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or issues in parts or assemblies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area in alignment with facility standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when using tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
