Job : Warehouse Associate

Inventory experience, experience working with ERP system, receiving experience Pay : $22-$26/hour (based off years of relevant experience)Shift : 8:00AM to 4:30PMResponsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, components, and supplies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure correct quantities and materials.
- Enter receiving, inventory, and material transactions into the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity across all stockroom locations.
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to support inventory reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain an orderly, well-labeled stockroom to support efficient material retrieval and storage.
- Issue materials to production personnel and track material movement to and from the production floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate shortages or discrepancies to purchasing and production teams.
- Assist with shipping activities, including kitting, packaging, labeling, and preparing outbound shipments.
- Read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation to support receiving and shipping processes.
- Use computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP software, to manage inventory data and generate reports.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Allenstown, NH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
