Your Impact
As a Senior Project Manager – Professional Services, you will lead complex client engagements and enterprise transformation programs, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while driving delivery excellence and business outcomes.
You will
- Lead multiple enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure.
- Manage cloud implementations, on-premises deployments, migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Define scope, milestones, timelines, resources, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Drive governance across risks, issues, dependencies, changes, quality, and escalations.
- Own project financials, including forecasting, revenue, margins, resource planning, and utilization.
- Build strong relationships with customer executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead status reviews, Steering Committees, executive reporting, and business reviews.
- Manage SOW, SLA, contractual commitments, and change-control processes.
- Lead globally distributed, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Cloud Services, Customer Success, Support, and other internal teams.
- Support presales, estimates, proposals, and opportunities for additional customer value.

What You Need to Succeed
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud services implementation, or large-scale technology programs.
- Minimum 5 years of IT Services Project/Program Management experience.
- Proven experience managing enterprise software implementation programs for global clients.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Experience managing fixed-price, time-and-material, and managed services engagements.
- Strong expertise in project governance, risk and issue management, change management, resource planning, and forecasting.
- Experience with project financials, revenue, margins, commercial contracts, SOWs, and SLAs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, executive communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior customer and internal leadership teams.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, ownership, and customer-centric mindset.
