We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join a growing healthcare team supporting high-quality patient care and specimen collection services. Location: Training in Gainesville, GA, then onsite in Cumming, GASchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:15 AM - 4:15 PMType: Contract-to-Hire
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and blood draws using straight and butterfly needles
- Collect, label, process, centrifuge, and prepare specimens for testing
- Maintain specimen integrity through proper storage and handling procedures
- Verify orders, update patient information, and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Follow OSHA, laboratory, and safety regulations
What We're Looking For
1+ year of phlebotomy experience (lab, hospital, or patient service center preferred) Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills Experience with specimen processing and handling Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or GED Phlebotomy certification preferred/required where applicable Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cumming, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
