About this role
- Your responsibilities This position is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support or the plastic additives business, including product testing and evaluation, formulation development and optimization, and lab operation and management.
- EHS Compliance: Strictly adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety(EHS) standards across all lab operations, testing procedures, and business travel.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals, proper operation of processing equipment, and compliance with corporate safety regulations.
- Technical Support.
- Product Testing & Evaluation.
- Lab operation and management.
Your profile
- Maser's or Ph.D.'s degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science or related fields.
- Bachelor's degrees with solid , relevant industry experience will also be considered.
- More than 5 years of proven experience in the plastic polymerization or compounding, color masterbatch or thermoplastic additive industry, in R&D or Application Technology positions.
