Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience 1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in an OSD manufacturing plant.
- Job Responsibilities Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Monitor AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure in manufacturing areas.
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain HVAC logbooks, maintenance records, and equipment history.
- Support HVAC qualification, validation, and requalification activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies for HVAC maintenance and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and engineering standards.
