About this role
- Execute primary and secondary packaging activities as per the production plan.
- Operate and monitor packaging machines and equipment.
- Ensure packaging activities are carried out as per SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Maintain batch manufacturing and packaging records.
- Ensure proper line clearance before starting packaging operations.
- Monitor packaging materials and ensure correct product, batch number, and labeling.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the packaging area.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering departments for smooth packaging operations.
- Report deviations, breakdowns, and other issues to the reporting manager.
